The basis on which we sell.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged on top: Rs. 250 for Karachi, Rs. 350 for other Pakistani cities. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed.
We describe every item as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from the photographs. Fabric measurements are approximate.
Fragrances sold here are offered on their own merits. Where a product name resembles a well-known brand, that does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from that brand owner.
Cash on delivery only. Payment is made in cash to the courier at the point of delivery.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
